Fountain of Liquid Stars, London
I was here before and was drawn to the lights and lines, iridescent and alive with energy. With only one evening to create this image, the Palace of Westminster on the north bank facing London Eye on the south and pedestrian bridges provide perfect inspiration.
The original bridge took a direct hit during World War II, so there were concerns that unexploded bombs could be activated during construction. The foundation had to be dug by hand.
Because of my position, the triangular shapes of the Golden Jubilee Bridges curve to create magnificent fountains of liquid stars.
